COURSE CALENDAR & PRICES

The kitchen courses to learn how to make cheese pizza, typical Ligurian recipes and pastry are held all round the year.

The courses in pandolce, the Genoese Christmas cake, are only held in October and November.

Courses for beginners are limited to six students in order to give them better assistance. Therefore, it is advisable to book in advance.
